What is Enterprise Data for IPhone? getting capped as well?

I tried to see data plans that are being offered through certain employer and I came across Enterprise Data Plan for iPhone.. what is the difference when compared to regular iPhone data plan?

Is Enterprise Data Plan getting capped as well?
