...guys, not sure if it's still honey moon phase or what, but I think I prefer SKB to my rMB keyboard oh wow

Hopped on it after a week, and I dunno..

Same with screen real estate and iOS simplicity for casual browsing, etc.

Which pro application would you want to use without a file system and mouse/trackpad. video or audio editor? 3d animation/fx software. high end office projects?

Well first of all, there is a file system, youre mistaking user accessible for non existent. It's not some weird magic method they use to store files on there. In fact if you could see it you'd know it's nigh on identical to the one used on a Mac. But it does need work, the current user accessible system is a bit limited. Although you can work around those limitations for the most part, I've managed to so far.

As for mouse/trackpad, erm, the Pencil. I even prefer the direct contact of the Pencil on the screen, being able to select exactly what I want in a very natural way instead of having to guide a little pointy thing about with a detached from the experience mouse or trackpad on my desktop.

So yeah, I'd be quite happy to work on projects of any kind on the iPad, I already do a fair bit just now. Because you can't, or choose not to, doesn't mean the rest of us don't.
