What is stopping you buying an iPad?

Too much overlap with the devices I already own. With an iP4, a MacBook, a 27" iMac, and a Kindle 3. Just don't see the need. But, with all the hype, it is very tempting. LOL. I held out and didn't get the original iPad, so we'll see how well I do this time around.
