Love My new 14” M3 Pro 12 Core it comes with a 96watt hour charger but It’s my only device that uses other than USB-C for charging. So what’s the Best USB-C charger on the market ? And is there any downside to charging via USB-C Vs MagSafe ?

No downside.. other than it takes up a USB-C port which could be used for connecting other devices. As for "best", the Apple charger that came w/ your MBP is the "best". You can use any USB-C to USB-C cable which supports power delivery wattage of your power supply. The Apple branded one works perfectly.

And No external batteries those bulky bricks are just silly added extra weight. I am often around electrical outlets all day.

Why not get a dual charging brick? That way, you can keep using the MagSafe and also plug in something else in the charging brick if needed.
