I'm doing like one of the PP with my old 3G protectors until the PowerSupport one comes out. I had a Belkin Clear Screen Overlay pack that had never been used and with my iFrogz case, the front is almost covered. I'm much better with the dry install than the wet. I bought an invisibleShield one today and I cannot do the wet install. Waste of $20, then I bought the iFrogz and I agree that it was way too grainy, another waste of $18. So I thought I'd try this. with 3 to use, It will get the job done for a bit.

I am really torn on this. I have the Wrapsol on the way and also had a credit at Clear-Coat, so I got one of those too. The screen is so nice and the oleophobic coating seems to be working very nicely. I hate to cover it and dull it or lose that slick feeling while moving my finger over it.

Anyway, I will report back with a comparison if anyone is interested.

PS Anti Glare gets another vote. It's very good in the sun, and it's easy to wipe off the fingerprints unlike some other brands of antiglare film. Oh, and it does not scratch as much as compared to others.

Unfortunately not. That's what is bad about it. You have to buy another skin just for the back. And when skins are running $30+, it gets expensive. I wish PowerSupport would just create a back piece and charge a little more for the 2 pieces of film.

it appears that they'll provide front+back protection. Another user on the forum emailed them and they confirmed it was going to be for both sides.

The only thing I'm worried about the matte protector is how it might degrade the awesome quality of the display... will go with the clear protectors coming with my incipio while waiting for reviews of the powersupport!

Does it cover the front facing camera? Is there one for the back? I couldn't tell from the website.

There is a cut out around the camera. I would imaging the image would distort if it was covered. Mine came with a piece for the front, a piece for the back, and little pieces for the sides. Way easier install that on my 3g

Summary so far:

Zagg Full body $24.99 (front and back) Website
Available at Best Buy $29.99

Wrapsol Full body $29.99 (front, back and sides) Website

Xo Skin Full body $19.99 (front, back and sides) Website

Quick review.. I bought the Zagg because it was available at Best Buy. It does the job, not too difficult to install. However, its a little sticky. It doesn't feel as smooth as the phone without the protector. I suppose thats to be expected to a certain extent. Although I've had different protectors over the years and this one feels a little less smooth.

Still better than nothing. It is a tad expensive. I am curious how the Xo Skin one feels as its only $19.99.

Boxwave? HD Accessory? Any Good?

I am curious as to how the hd accessory and the boxwave compare to the power suppot screen protectors for iPhone 4 that are not out yet... Anyone order, recieve or own either of those for a previous model? ...

For anyone that has the Wrapsol Ultra installed on the front, how does it feel? Does your finger slide across it very easily or is there a bit of friction? The best thing about the PS Anti-Glare is that your fingers slide very easily across the screen and don't catch at all (and minimal fingerprints too). There is a noticeable degradation in screen clarity though so I'm looking to avoid that this time around. Problem is I don't want fingerprints either. Crystal-type protectors tend to cause a little more friction (and attract more fingerprints) so I'm wondering if that's the case with the Ultra as well.

I have it on the front and I think it's wonderful, feels smooth and is very clear. No real fingerprint issues, and it wipes easily so smudges disappear. It seems like it will protect the screen more than the others I've used for past phones. However, I have 3 dust spots on the screen that drive me nuts so I'm going to reinstall. Wrapsol botched delivery of the back part (it came with the side bumper covers stuck to it, and I can't separate them) so I'm getting a replacement set.

ordered a 6pack of screen protectors for $1.38 from ebay. probli will be ehhh quality but even if they only last a month each.

Had a Clear Coat full body protection installed at the mall kiosk. Completely covers the front/sides/back and feels great. Didn't want to deal with the installation myself so this was a great deal. I also use a black bumper which helps with the iphone not sliding when I set it down. Just wish the bumpers worked better with 3rd party head phones.

the crystal screen protector that came with the SwitchEasy Vulcan case for the 3GS is by far the best screen protector i ever used. U couldnt even tell theres a screen protector there and it also didnt attract too many fingerprints like the powersupport crystal did.

if I'm just looking for something to protect the back of my phone, what should I get? I don't really mind spending that much, fyi

Just ordered this for $10 shipped. I usually just get cheap eBay protectors & have had both good & bad results with them. This time I want the full body protection but didn't want to spend $20+. Can anyone comment on how Best Skins Ever compare to the other major brands?

I'm returning my Wrapsol Ultra and getting the BSE instead.
