Had a great barbeque with teammates in celebration of Monday's Memorial Day because we have work Monday.
Unless you're female.. not horribly interesting. If you're a dude, that's as interesting as what I did - my duties house-sitting for my parents...

Helped a lady to change a tyre, unfortunately she had a top on.

It wasn't. It was classed as the "most interesting" thing out of everything he did today, ie. changes from his normal routine.
My daughter woke me up at 5am. She went back to sleep, I couldn't, so I got up about an hour earlier than normal. Got an early start at work as a result. The rest has been pretty standard.
Went for a lunchtime walk. That was about as interesting as it got. Got me out of the office for half an hour.
I drink coffee in the afternoon. A lot of it. I'm still pretty wired
Well, universities and coffee consumption go hand in glove together.
Had to swim in the fast lane due to a swimming lesson pushing the slower swimmers up into the one with my normal pace.
