Just wanted to know what everybody thinks
For me, I would say 6 to 6.3 inch

I voted for 4.9 - 5.1".

I had the 6 and it was a bit small and now I have the 6 Plus which is a little too big :)
A 5" iPhone would be the sweet spot for me.

Well... I have owned 4" iPhone, 4,7" iPhone and 5" HTC One m8 in between... I would say 4,7" is pretty optimal.

4" is great for one hand usability and fitting in your pocket. HTC One m8 with 5" display was great for media but I felt it was slightly too massive. iPhone 6 with 4,7" display hit the sweet spot for usability and screen size. Thought I would like slightly thinner bezels for even better usability.

iPhone 6 is the perfect size for my needs. Was not sure after coming from the 5, but have come to appreciate the size of the 6.

3.8"-4.0" for me because the iPhone 5 is perfect for my use. I can use it with one hand while walking around campus and pocket it easily when I need to. If Apple could slim down the bezels I might be able to do a bigger screen, but bigger physical dimensions are a struggle for me.

iPhone 4 size, eventually also iPhone 5. Everything else is for Hulks or people wearing XXXL pants with Dinosaur-sized pockets.

You forgot a choice in the poll:
