iPad What is this box in messages?

On iPadOS. The blue box outlining the message field. My guess is it’s something to do with accessibility but I can’t figure how to turn it off. I have accessibility turned off and it’s still in there. Anybody else experiencing this? Not sure if it’s a bug or some setting I have turned on accidentally

I would put my money on a bug. My iPad Pro running iPadOS does not have that blue box, but different people get different bugs.

Seems to be a bug. Did restarting it fix it? (As basic as that sounds it could be the solution sometimes)
