Just in the last few days I've noticed something very strange on my iPhone6S with some photos in my camera roll and Instagram. Maybe someone here knows what's going on.

Sometimes, when I go to post a photo from IOS photos to Instagram, I select the proper photo to upload, but when I have uploaded it, it has reverted the photo back to the original. And sometimes it doesn't go all the way back to the original, but to some previous state during the pre-Instagram editing process.

I use various editing programs, from Snapseed to Enlight and others, which I do on my iPad Pro first. Rarely, I'll do an edit with the native photo editor right on the iphone.

To remedy this frustrating experience, I've tried duplicating the photo with the photo editor, and I've brought it into other apps and re-exported it. That only works at times, so I have to do it several times with several apps to finally get a problematic photo to eventually work.

Today, when I experienced this problem again, instead of using Instagram on my iphone, I tried it with Instagram on my iPad Pro. It worked! Same photo would not work from the iphone. That's very strange.

It's sounding like some sort of cache issue on my iphone. But I don't know how I'd resolve that even if it was.

Any ideas? Frustrating the heck out of me.
