I have many, but every time I visit a sushi restaurant I will invariably order hotate (scallop), ikura (salmon roe), and ika (squid). I'm not a particularly big fan of the fancy rolls (California, Philadelphia, etc), but so long as the ingredients are fresh, I'll eat it. Actually, I'll eat anything :D

Lobster sashimi.

When you're first introduced to sushi, yeah your regular salmon, tuna, "butterfish" sashimi is great until you try lobster sashimi. Taste and texture is amazing. Too bad not many sushi restaurants don't have it.

My favs are Soft shell crab roll and Spicy tuna roll and Yellow Tail rolls. There is a wonderful place near me called Noda's that I have not been to in quite some time. Pregnant wife means no sushi. I am a weakling when it comes to sashimi though. White Tuna and Yellowtail is about all I can handle.
