I went with something easy to remember Floccinaucinihilipilification, Which is what naming a device is.:D

This reminds me... Is there a way to name the phone on their network? I was looking at my router logs and it correctly records my iphone's MAC addresses, but their name is listed as 'unknown'. I suspect there isn't a means to do this.

That's funny, because I've always named my Macs — as soon as I got them set up — with something that I came with on the spot. I would change the name of the hard drive to something quickly and let it stick, no matter how bad.

So far, my Macs have been named, in order:

Fledgeling
Franklin
Aesop
Remnant

But I never named my iPod or my iPhone, and this thread made me realize this.

Hmmm ....
