Well, my computer's called Fangorn so naturally the iPhone is Treebeard. Not original but a naming scheme none the less. Of course my 25" tall black tower fileserver is Orthanc and it's network is Isengard. 😉

i think my brother named his Paris, because for the longest time it was beautiful yet useless, just like poor poor Paris Hilton

hahahah 😀

Helen Keller, as it was deaf, blind, and mute for the first 2 days of it's life (thanks AT&T!), yet full of potential.

Mine is nibbler

as in

nibbler.jpg

the greatest pet an Earthican can have!!!

this nibbler image is my wallpaper too 🙂

In keeping with the naming system I have been using for years, I named it:

Esteban du Plantier

All my iPods are names of characters from The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou http://imdb.com/title/tt0362270/ and, as such, I have iPods named Steve Zissou (iPod video), Ned Plimpton (shufle gen.1), and Alistair Hennessey (shuffle gen. 2).

Off topic, all my hard drives and computers are names from Fraggle Rock. As such, I have computers and external hard drives on my network named Wembley, Gobo, Sprocket, Cotterpin Doozer (my fave!), Mokey, and Boober.

Haha, but now it works so i changed the reason for naming it Paris to this: Because it's uber sexy, and is all over the internet! 😀

I named my phone Sir Reginald Poddington III

I was going to name it Sir Henry but decided last minute to name it Reginald after my DS...

I had named my 80GB ipod Podtrick Swayze and my 8GB nano was named Baron Von Podenstein...
