Just curious as to what everyone uses as their start page on their browser of choice. I use Google, but that seems a little superfluous when both Safari and Camino (the other browser I use) have google search built in.

I also have the Google Homepage. When I'm out and about it's a quick page to download and test whether I've got a connection and it's speed before moving to something more intensive.

I use the default Firefox Google start page. Maybe it should be something different, since I never use it, but I find that it's a nice clean page and maybe I just don't wanna change it.

I always use a blank page. I hate it when I open a new window and a site I don't want to visit starts to load.

Agreed – it loads so quickly that it's a good test. Like, billchase2, I have the customised version, like so:

Very useful as well. 🙂

apple.com

If there's a new product I know to shoot for MacRumors' front page as opposed to my usual. 😛

I have a blank page. Even though the first thing I always do is check MR, it's good for opening other tabs/windows for other purposes.

Blank page, but my home page is a collection of searches I put together.

Same - well, kind of.

I have it set to the default apple.com/startpage. Cool, I know 🙄 .

Blank page.

But then of course I immediately hit ?-1 to go to the latest posts, which I have as the first bookmark in my Bookmark Bar.

Same here, but instead of hitting cmd-1, I just hit "f" in the url field and automatically goes to:
forums.macrumors.com/search/?do=getnew&exclude=41,18,60,75,63
