you'll get 130 using standard channels on 802.11A or B/G. If you are channel bonding you can get 300. Some routers running on B/G will bond 2 channels giving you 300. Not all of them do.

As stated above, 802.11a, b, and g run at a theoretical maximum of 54Mbps. The routers that bond channels also require the client to be able to do the same and using the same manufacturer as the router. For example, you cannot use the Linksys bonding to connect to a D-Link bond.
