Equalizer 3 (2023)- In Italy, mafia bad guys. Washington is old (he’s one year younger than me), but I did not mind the slow build as a concession to his age, it held my interest, encounters as explosive as ever, but it almost seemed too easy taking down the bad guys. And most importantly, for his age, it managed not to break my suspension of disbelief.

Not a bad movie that combines a little Matrix and Free Guy(minus the comedy).
The original with Edward Woodward or the new remake series? I watched the original when it was on TV.

Tried to watch Cleopatra some time ago. The bitterness between Elizabeth Taylor and Rex Harrison was so visible on screen that I found it unwatchable...
We did watch Cromwell a few weeks ago. That is a very interesting film and seems to be one of the better historical films.

I like that film, alway make a point to watch if it comes onto terrestrial (generally as a filler on a Sat pm or something). Excalibur is there as well... I loved that one too (I know the whole thing was a bit mad and the accents were a bit bonkers)

Is a commitment to watch the full length film and a travesty to watch the butchered editions. A beautiful film that touches on many subjects. If you haven't, you should if for nothing else than the OST...

Is a long watch, grab a cold one and a sandwich as you'll need. Don't watch the butchered versions as they are simply a travesty. My offline media server is set to random, this one comes up: I'll grab the goodies sit and enjoy....
