nope, though once I flying kicked a door to open it, like full on leaping through the air flying kick, I was rather miffed about something while I was walking back to my room in halls and just did it, I was walking beside a friend who just gave me this look like I was some kind of psycho ninja.

I went through a pyromania phase but that wasn't for the purpouses of destruction and it wasn't in anger, I can get into foul moods and say/do things I regret but I'm never angry as such.

A glass Snapple bottle.

Seriously. When I feel destructive, I rarely take it out on inanimate objects. :p

So do you take it out in animate objects instead:confused: :D

I busted a cell phone. I threw in into the ground because it would turn off anytime I pressed a number key.

I really don't act out all. I can pretty much tolerate anything.

[Hi de  ]

Hello, haven't seen you in a while!

(I'll leave the image here or this won't make sense when I change that avatar)

I have a new found respect for a certain someone now ;)
I know. but he gets to see the best parts too though. ;)

I used to throw my Sega Genesis controllers around back in the day. Since then, I've either gotten better at managing my video game anger, realized of how little importance the games are, or just don't want to destroy controllers because they cost so much now. :)

I had a special blanket when I was little. It went with me everywhere and was my most prized possession. Then when I was 10 or 11 I had a big fight with my parents about something (I can't even remember what), found my blanket which I'd kept and cut it up into shreds with scissors. I really regret it.

At least for another binge/purge session....a lot of stuff going on right now, but thankfully someone said hello and I simply couldn't resist
Welcome back, long time no see! :)

Same here. Can't tell you how many times I've come close to snapping the neck off of the Guitar Hero controller.

I have gotten much better at controlling my urges to break stuff, but looking back on it:

• I throw my phone on a regular basis. It just won't break.

• I throw tools a lot when I'm working on my cars. I get that from my dad. He built a cement-wall garage and I suspect it's so that he can throw whatever he wants without putting holes in the walls.

• I used to light things on fire a lot, but I've stopped doing that for obvious reasons.

• Back when I owned a PC, there isn't anything I wouldn't do to damage it. I actually had three PC's, one was very very old. One day I picked it up over my head and let it freefall to the floor. So satisfying.

• I hit copiers and fax machines a lot, because they basically suck and never seem to work right (hitting them doesn't help, but it makes me feel better).

• I used to find it relaxing to take glasses and ceramic mugs and glasses and hit them with my baseball bat. My ex used to pitch them to me from the side and I'd swing as hard as I could. I've probably destroyed over 50 perfectly good cups in my day. :p

Today, I still have a pretty nasty temper, but I can control it to the point where I rarely break anything, and if I do, it's something that isn't too valuable and is my own.

My hand.

I was at a party, was drunk and insanely decided to punch a bathroom wall that looked like sheetrock. Well, there was a beam or ***** cement behind it, which broke my hand.

Lesson learned.
