It is inevitable that Apple will manufacture a new iPhone with a bigger screen within the next year. There is no doubt that the majority of users want a bigger screened iPhone but there is widespread opinions as to how big.

I envision that the 5C will remain in the lineup in the coming years as an "iPhone Mini" that will retain the 4 inch screen and will keep getting upgraded for the users who prefer the 4 inch screen and those who want a cheaper iPhone. The new flagship model will have the larger screen.

I don't see it having a screen larger than 5 inches even though the news have been mentioning up to 6 inches, I just don't see it. They could always make a 6 inch as a new product separate from the flagship iPhone model, but I really don't see it.

So, what size do you want?

Maybe the 4.5-5 inch range. But that assumes an increase in pixels on the screen, which I'm pretty sure Apple would do.

No more then 4.3." I personally don't want a 5" phone. I believe 4.3" is perfect.

I like the iPhone 5 screen.

I could see an iPhone the same size as the iPhone 5. With more use of screen on the front glass.

Definitely don't want a wider bigger 5" or 6" inch phone.

7 inches in my hand, 4 inches in my pocket, 13 on my desktop.

That's not too much to ask for is it?

I want the screen to be anywhere between 4.7 - 5 inches, but prefer the 5 inch if they can improve the screen to bezel ratio, which is terrible right now. If Samsung could do it in the S4, Apple can achieve it too.

why not include 4.0-4.7 in the poll?

I think the sweet spot for me is around 4.3-4.5 depending on the form factor and implementation

I guess I'd say I love the current iPhone 5 screen size. I won't buy a larger screen iPhone and if that's all they offer, I'll just stick with the 5.

I have the mini if I want a larger screen. The phones screen is big enough in my opinion for what I need it to do and want it to be.

I also prefer the current size.

I'm pretty tiny, but I do have long fingers, so I thought the HTC Evo 4G wouldn't be a problem. However, after using it for awhile, my hands and wrists would ache.

I've never had that problem with my 4S or my 5.

4" for me. To me it's literally the screen size and not the phone size. I'm a massive fan of one handed use. Even if you made the current phone with smaller bezels and a larger screen I wouldn't want it as it would make one handed use more difficult.

That said, Apple needs a larger screen on their phones. Preferably by adding another model or as the OP suggested leaving 4" in the C models. The general consumer has made it pretty clear they want bigger screens. For long term success Apple is going to have to give in and produce a bigger screen. My vote is for a 4.8-5 with as small of a bezel as possible. Going to 4.3 just isn't enough of a jump.
