I love the ease of use and integration of iCloud. Having a Mac with OS X helps keep everything synced right out of the box. Before I went to iOS I had to use a 3rd part to keep Gmail, my Mac, and my phone all synced together (I was using a Palm Prē so I can't comment on how Android handles it all).
