I think the options should be 9/19 without preorder. 9/25 without preorder. 9/19 with preorder. 9/25 with preorder. I honestly believe that those of us who saved our orders ahead of time got glitched.

19/9 2TB Cosmic Orange PM. Got in at 1302 UK.

I saved/preordered ahead of time, went flawlessly, easiest ever. In the past it was always the payment processing screen that brought the pain, I escaped that altogether it seems.

Same here. I got in two minutes after it was time. I tried for the orange and it showed 9/25. So I ordered a couple phones for 9/19 in store pick up. Silver 256GB PM and one white 256GB Air.

same for me this tells me they didnt have enough inventory, typically every year i am always in around 8am it always gives me delivery for 19th but not this time

Upgraded two 14 Max Pros to two Silver Pro Max 512’s and got a 9/19 delivery date. Order confirmation text came in at 8:11.

Then, just two minutes later, I went to the Apple Store app as a “new” user (not logged into my pre-order link), chose the exact same model and storage, and it was showing the launch day delivery instead.

So basically:

• Pre-order (done instantly): Sept 25
• Random check right after: Launch date

100% same here.

So now I have 2 orders - ISPU and delivery.

Will see which one arrives on launch day.

The shipping dates did not slip for the first orders.
Apple, in their infinite wisdom, still can’t launch a product.
The default shipping date was 09/25 for the ProMax whereas in-store was 09/19.
I validated this launch glitch repeatedly for 22 minutes with all colors of the ProMax after ordering went live.
There are numerous posts from others confirming this experience/information.
I completed my IUP pre-pre-order at 0601 MDT and it was 09/25 delivery.
For humor I purchased a cosmic 256gb 23 minutes after ordering opened and received a 09/19 in-store.

I've been watching orange PM dates. The 256GB weren't available for 9/19 in store pick up but the 512GB and higher were. Now none are available for in store on 9/19.
