What speakers do you use with the Mac Pro?

I hope that this thread lasts until I get my Mac Pro so that I can brag about my speakers.

For the record, my speakers will be the ones built into my displays. I haven't tried them past seeing if they actually work, so I'll post what I think when I have my system hooked up.

My displays are a pair of Soyo DYLM24D6. I love them, but they've been sitting in my room since Black Friday since I have no Mac Pro... It'll either be July or November until I get it.

Penryn or Nehalem. It all depends on whether or not I am selected to go on the Taylor University Freshman Irish Studies Program.

I really hope that I get to go. Not just because it'd rock to go to Ireland, but because that way I'd get a Nehalem Mac Pro!

Those are what I use.. and I love them..
For all your wanna be audiophiles, try packing your valve amps and electrostatic speakers in your backpack then powering them of a few dry cells, I bet you can't.



Personally I don't care what some of you anti-BOSE folks think, your not gonna find another pair of speakers which can offer this level of sound quality without sacrificing mobility... Don't knock them till you've heard them. Those are the M3's not the crap M2's.

That's quite impressive considering your average audiophile equipment required a tweeter, a mid-range and a woofer to get a half decent sound.
