This is driving me a little crazy
I can't see the issue and I'm using Chrome
It would be great if someone can actually say what's wrong with the logo

Oh no Mr. Rolex is critiquing the Watch image.

One more reason to buy a Rolex instead of the Apple Watch.

Talk about.......... whatever it is you're talking about. Really, mcdj?

Ugh. Ok, since no one seems capable of reading beyond the first post, which contains images linked directly from Apple's website, and seem to render correctly for most people, except those who use Apple's own browser, Safari on a Mac, (or perhaps, though doubtfully, just my Mac), I included a screenshot of the glitchy logo, which no one apparently bothered to look at for more than .002 seconds before firing off yet another Internet Winning Snarky Quip.

Here it is enlarged. I would like to point out that if a logo that looked like this was accidentally etched on all your precious iDevices, there would be a 100 page hissy fit on this forum. So pipe down you bunch of bored desk jockeys, and get back to stalking your UPS driver's mom for that watch buckle.

HINT: CLICK DA PITCHA!

background-gate.

This never would have happened if Steve were still alive.

It is Angela's fault.

There is a new logo being delivered on a plane from China that lands in Alaska at 3:43pm.

Samsung will come up with a better background, and then, just you wait for how they will take off.

Did I get most of them?

There are no redboxes on the screen regardless of browser used.
Shadow text, how does that work?

Here it is enlarged.

I see it now that you've indicated the problem areas with red boxes. Before, I didn't see it, even though now that I've seen it, it does seem surprising that I didn't see it before.

What was that experiment where they had a guy in a stuffed panda suit cross the court during a basketball game, and most people didn't notice?

Zoomed and did screen shot, Google Chrome. Click on image to enlarge. This is why most of us were all . And yep, I barely glanced at the rest of the thread.

I did a chromatic-distortion analysis (using Chromo-set v2.2) and found NO red boxes like that on any of Apples logos.

NONE.

As Jamie would say: "Myth BUSTED!"

It does look like crap at the bottom for me on Safari, although some extra explanation might've been nice for this thread.

Finally, someone else calling BS on the galvanic corrosion non-sense. They're not shipping you bare aluminum watches for godsakes. Anodizing... what a concept.

Image

Aha, I see the fabled galvanic corrosion at the bottom edges of the stainless-steel Apple logo and capital-C where they contact the anodized aluminum background!

This would never happen if Steve were still alive...
