What the ?? My iMac screen suddenly have these lines at the bottom

I wonder why? Perhaps and I'm only guessing here with 2 possible scenarios. 1. They finally recognized the issue and will do some kind of program? 2. They don't give a S and closed it down as a slap on the face for users suffering with this obvious manufacturing defect.

Don't know ... Nevertheless. I curious why Apple never put " retina screen on their iMac , macbook , ipad, even mac monitor ? " I noticed the screen display photo more nicer on the iPhone.
