- 9AM: breakfast.
- 1PM: lunch.
- 8PM: dinner.
One snack at 11AM and another at 5PM.
12 PM - Lunch
7 PM - Dinner
Snack-5 or 6PM
9-10 am - breakfast
noon-2 pm - lunch
5-7 pm - dinner
7am Breakfast (usually egg whites & homemade salsa)
Snacks as I see fit.
For a grammatically correct thread title post: "At what time do you eat?"
1700 (5PM) supper (for us southerners, dinner to others )
I never eat before prepositions.
I only eat breakfast if I'm up early enough to do so, which is pretty much only when I have to work that day. Lunch is usually between 1pm-3pm, and dinner is almost always at 8pm, cause that's when prime time TV starts!
I'm working 12-8 just now so it's thrown me out of whack.
10-10:30 - Breakfast
12:30 - 1:30 - Cereal bar/banana/oatcakes
15:00-15:30 - Lunch
20:30-21:30 - Tea (dinner, evening meal, whatever you call it) + fruit
Pretty much it.
I work on a greens crew so I involuntarily eat at:
1700 then snacks later
6:00am - coffee
4:00pm - dinner
4:01pm10:00pm - alcohol
Lather, rinse, repeat.
Work second shift (1500 - 2300) so:
Breakfast (lunch): 1300
1st Dinner: 1700
2nd Dinner: 2130
I hate being hungry when I go to bed so I try to make the second dinner as close to 2300 as possible.
Lunch: when I get bored
Dinner: rarely before 8pm.
Parents have a restaurant, so sometimes we order food for when dad comes home, that gets late. There was also the time Mum cooked dinner for us when I got home after a long drive, at 3am. Mum's are great aren't they
I got to bed and get up late but;
Breakfast (rarely if I'm up)- 9am
Supper (rarely)- 11pm-2am
Snack throughout 2pm - 5pm
Dinner between 8pm and 9pm
I eat a lot. High metabolism.
6:10 - Breakfast
Whenever the hell I get a chance (Noon-ish if I'm lucky) - Lunch
7:00 - Dinner
That's for weekdays, and it's not set in stone for me, especially dinner. For weekends, there's no set schedule. I eat breakfast whenever I wait up and then eat lunch when I'm hungry. Obviously if I wake up at 10:30 and have breakfast then, I'm not going to have lunch at noon. It'll be a late lunch and late dinner.
I often don't eat until about 4pm, although sometimes if I'm lucky I may grab a Subway on a Tuesday at about half 12. I usually just snack too at 4pm, or make some toast or eat a yoghurt or something. Dinner is usually between 8pm-10.30pm. No breakfast.
When I'm hungry.
5:30pm Dinner - may be pushed to 6:00pm depending on the commute.
Since I cook dinner for my family, and my children need to eat sooner then adults, I start dinner on the early side.
Breakfast: 6:45 am.
Lunch: 11:30 am.
Dinner: 6:30 pm.
All times approximate, of course. I occasionally have an afternoon snack, at irregular times.
The grammar in the thread title reminds me of an old joke:
"What time do you eat at?"
"You're not supposed to end a sentence with a preposition."
"Okay, fine. What time do you eat at.... B***H?"
Same. There really isn't a schedule since my daily timetable changes a lot.
