It varies every day. Breakfast is usually around 7, lunch around noon. Dinner is all over the place. Sometimes it is at 5 before going to a baseball/soccer game for my kids, other times it is once we get home from the games/practice at like 8pm.

I have to eat every three hours just to shut up my miserable whining bottomless pit of a stomach... I've got one of those metabolisms that never stops or slows down, and it's frustrating because food isn't cheap!! Most nights I wake up in the middle of the night too hungry to go back to sleep, so I have to get up and eat a snack... Last night I ate an entire bag of peanuts and dried fruit in the middle of the night... the label said 720 calories. :(

I work out a lot and actually like the way I look but it still gets annoying always feeling hungry... and I know my co-workers in adjacent cubicals can hear my stomach growling every afternoon, it's embarassing. I'm actually stepping out now to get my mid-morning snack...

Did you happen to catch Extreme Makeover Home Edition last Sunday? (May 9th) This family had a kid with a physical disorder that caused his brain to send the message to his stomach that he was hungry, all the time, even right after having eaten a meal. They actually had locks on their frig and cabinets to prevent him from eating himself right into the Emergency Room.

When I'm hungry. Everything else is simply not healthy, period.
My family has a lot of trouble understanding that.

I don't really eat big meals, I tend to just eat snacks and small meals whenever I get hungry throughout the day. I think I like it better that way.

Ah yes, Prader-Willi syndrome. I've heard of it.

It all depends on when I wake up, but I space out 5 small meals throughout the day, each about 3 hours apart.

Breakfast within 3 hours of waking up, lunch around 3pm and dinner usually either really early around 5:30pm...

And lately i've been eating before going to bed around midnight, which sucks i know...but can't help it right now.
