Where did you know where to line up at the Florida Mall? Will I be seeing you there lol?

The line has previously been outside the M&M Store entrance. It was easy when I went, because there were already people in line. ;)

Can't make it this year, unfortunately.

I'm turning up at 4 (as I always do) and I'm normally about 30th in line where I live. Never had a problem getting the model I wanted, although this year I'm hoping to go in and have a look at the colour options before I buy, so that could get interesting

Do people work?

9/80 schedule, which means every other Friday off. It'll happen to be my Friday off and I may head over to the apple store early. We just got ours last winter (Bakersfield, CA) and this'll be the first major product launch for it. I've preordered the last 3 years and am not real keen on waiting in line. May also just order at 12:01 PST next Friday.

I called the mall and they told me what door to line up at. I then called the Apple Store and they told me a different door. Who should I believe?

If I get there at 4 am do you think I will be able to get one?

No one really knows for sure. Last time I lined up for an apple product was the iPad 2. I've preordered the past 3 iPhones online so I wouldn't know how the past launch was.

I'm planning on going around 1 am. Meet some people. Watch a couple movies then take a nap.

Will malls let you line up that early?

My mall will only let people line up at 6am. Honestly there won't be a problem getting an iPhone 5s. Last years successful launch of the iPhone 5 proves this. But if you arrive late be prepared to spend a long time in line before getting a phone.

Well since you are new to this let me enlighten you. Nobody camps out anymore for apple gear. Those campers are paid to do that. Its fake. You have to be some real idiot to go camp outside a store for a phone. I GUARANTEE you on release day you can pick one up anywhere without waiting line. Don't be a fool.

Fake lines? Are you high?

Oh! I see what you did there!...trying to convince people not to line up so you can be first in line! You're either very clever or very naive, and quite possibly have memory issues and perhaps even partial to full blindness.

In the days before you could pre-order, lines were around the block everywhere. Last year, BECAUSE of pre-orders, the phone was completely sold out nearly everywhere for at least a month.

That's funny, I'm in Brevard Florida and I walked right into the ATT store on launch day and got my wife a black 64gb iphone 5. No waiting. So either you are full of it or you are full of it.
That's because you are in BREVARD FLORIDA. No one wants to be in Brevard, or even live there. Surprised Apple even bothered sending any phones there. Go somewhere with an actual population and you don't just walk in whenever and get whatever. It will be sold out here for weeks to come, guaranteed.
