forgot to post what i would do ...... this is an easy one first i would buy the newest and best imac and then a screen printing machine to start a tee shirt business and what ever is left invest in my business.

Nah... I'd probably get a few goodies for myself (including a PS3, a nice phone, a replacement F1 key for my MacBook), store some of it away as pocket money, and spend the rest on clothing.

Not particularly, but I am a little partial to buying art. I'd rather spend my money of art than on consumer goods. Art lasts a lot longer and if you pick good pieces then you never get sick of them. For $10k you can get a small painting by a descent artist which would be a good investment, if you can ever be bothered to part with it.

$10,000 really isn't that much...
I'd probably puy a PS3, a few games, an Xbox 360(and a few games) and dual 30" Apple Cinema displays. Maybe a Macbook Pro, but I'd rather save the money for other things...like a future beater car.

LOL cleanup, i was on my macbook pro at night and wen i saw your avatar I was trying to kill the bug. Sometimes little bugs like that get in my room somehow, especially at night with my screen being bright and land on it.

As for the 10k....it really isn't that much in today's society but since im not rich (in college) I'd probably invest it....but first buy a macpro with a couple 30"
