what to do with $10,000.

Buy shares of Nintedo (ADR) NTDOY until the wii becomes steadily available in more markets. Then probably let it ride anyway. Have you seen the stock lately?

Whatever's left over will probably go to fixing that thing up, but if theres anything just stash it I guess. I really don't need that much money everyday.

That is my dream car as well (the Bus not the DeLorean). I have looked at several lately but I just do not think I can afford one that has be restored and I am not gifted enough (or blessed with enough time) to restore my own.
I would invest most of the money and use some of it as a down payment on my next car when my lease is up. I'm boring

I would spend it on:
1. A really nice Mac Pro as my server. (Perhaps a Mac Mini for mini-ness?)
2. A months supply of chocolate and coke.
3. Maybe a new MBP to replace my iBook.
4. A really really nice DSLR.
5. A Tivo and maybe Sky.

For 5 grand? I think your pushing it there, the Mac Pro will be 2.

Yeah he is pushing, adding them all up would be in the region of about 8 grand depending on options. But then again a Mini Cooper S good lucj getting that for £5000 without it having very high mileage.

I'd buy a car as well. Maybe an old Cosworth or Xr4 for bombing it around

I would pay my car off ($4000), and my car insurance for the rest of the year ($600) and I would put the rest in my bank account to get out of my $5600 of debt in my bank account! Oh I've overspent by $200!

well put $10,000 combined with all my money i have now...
and thats about $10,025 i would have too say im spending it on necessities such as food and gas for my truck. Im going to college on the 20th and i could use 10Gs. $100,000 would be even greater. My familys going on a hunting trip for my dads birthday on sunday. We are limited to one animal each, and i would love to be able to let him shoot what ever he wanted on this trip. Not to mention pick up every other cost we would rack up. Well i guess thats what im going to college for and one day i will be able to do these kind of things for them.
