What to Expect From AirPods Pro 2 at Tomorrow's Apple Event

Call me pessimistic but I have zero hope that in terms of SQ alone these MkII's will beat or even equal such as the Sony WF-1000XM4, which actually cost significantly less.

It's bizarre how on one hand Apple stride ahead with tangible innovations to an extent where products such as their laptops are trailblazing in every regard, yet on the other hand they also market overpriced, lacklustre-performing lifestyle products like their AirPod range of earphones and headsets, which do not come close to the performance of the best competitors' products in terms of their actual primary function: sound quality.

I'm the biggest Apple fan there is but I have to be honest and say the rumours pointing toward no design changes for the AirPods Pro 2 after three whole years are disappointing and I sincerely hope false.

Samsung for once got in first on this with their Buds Pro 2, which look almost exactly like how I want AirPods Pro to look.

I hope we are in for a surprise and the leaks we've seen are some form of AirPods Pro 1 refresh (new charging case etc, slightly lower price) and the Pro 2s are a surprise in being stemless but I'm not getting my hopes up.
