Looking forward to a new Mac mini and Mac mini Pro announcement! ...Hopefully...

My Apple TV 4K 2nd gen is one the buggiest apple products I have ever owned. I’m very displeased with its performance.
How is the remote? I absolutely despise the remote for the Apple TV 4K 1st gen.

iPadOS 16 is important and that’s what I want to get my hands on. Files needs work in my opinion and it’s exciting to see where it will go on my iPad going forward.

I assume the M2 going into the new iPad Pro’s will be based on the 4 NM lithography used by the A16 in the iPhone 14. Likely more cores and some improvements to the front facing camera. Potential bump to 8 GBs of LPDDR5x RAM.

After mulling it over and deciding the M1 chip is already overkill for me, I decided to just go ahead and pick up a refurb 2021 iPad Pro. I‘m getting all the features I actually want (ProMotion, more ram, better speakers) with little to no price difference from the new Air, and I think I can get $195 for trading in the iPad I got now. Pretty happy with that upgrade :)

I've pretty much run my 2018 12.9 iPad Pro into the ground with how it seems to be working now and battery life, plus the Smart Keyboard hardly connects anymore and the cover is peeling off.

Would like a Mac mini to be permanently attached to my studio display instead of my M1 Air.

Get second gen. I have it and the remote is awesome!
The remote is the smallest issue. I can control my Apple TV with my TV remote.
I’ve seen conflicting reports on whether the 2nd generation fully fixes DV image quality.
It doesn’t show my HDR photos in HDR.

What? No iPad mini 7??? I kid. I kid. We all know they won’t update the iPad mini for another two years. 😂

can see them adding reverse wireless charging to the iPad pro as well.

Apple TV can’t see it adding much to make me upgrade my 4k one. Will see what they add

I am hoping for a landscape iPad Pro and a new magic keyboard which has a tablet mode too… doubt it’s going to happen but I can dream 😂

If they change the keyboard connector and make the old ones incompatible this is what I’ll do - grab a well loaded 12.9 M1 refurb and stay on it for several years.

Also, if the next iPad Pro is M2, I wonder if they’ll do what they’re doing with MBA and continue selling the 2021 Pro as a lower cost alternative. Maybe not, if they decide that complicates the iPad lineup too much.

I wonder what will they do with the Apple TV... I currently have two HD's in the house (since the TV's at home are from like, 2012), but they will eventually die and I wanna see content at max quality.

Would be cool to get a mini with a Mx processor. Side by side is too small on the mini, and stage manger would theoretically work well on the small screen.

I have one too. If it supported all of the other HDMI 2.1 features it does not currently support, then I’m sure I’d have a better experience. But black screen after black screen and hoping the mode shifting works. Otherwise I see my TV’s screensaver. When the mode shifting doesn’t work I have to put the ATV to sleep and wake it up again.
