Not as many as used the 3.5mm headphone jack on a regular basis, I’m sure. 🧐It's still so odd to me that the iPad has a rear camera. To me it's a wart on what could be such a nice clean design. I'm sure Apple has the data showing people really do use it, but I just can't imagine why.
My iPad is 5 years old. My iPhone is 5 years old.
Please de-fragment your ecosystem so I can have the same charging cable, kthx. Fragmented ecosystems blow.
Yeah, it felt a bit repetitive for me as well. I am personally more interested in the next iPad Pro. Hopefully MacRumors can get fresh leaks about those soon.Didn’t we get an extremely similar post a few days ago?

What to Expect From Apple's 10th-Generation Low-Cost iPad: Higher-Cost
So no Stage Manager then?
What about video conferencing? An iPad can be a camera with an amazing large display. That has some advantages. But the camera quality should match the one of an iPhone. What I would not need is a front camera. I prefer phone calls without video.
I'm crossing my fingers Apple implements the A15Is the A14 definite? I wouldn't be surprised to see A15.
That is exactly what I’m wondering tooI wonder if they'll give it a standard A14 with 4GB of RAM, or if they'll spin off a special A14 with only 3GB of RAM. The current cheap iPad uses the same 3GB variant A13 the second gen iPhone SE did.
Tim Apple agrees wholeheartedly.I think you should upgrade now, then upgrade when they change the cables, and also buy a few more cables along the way.
These iPads are used by schools and universities everywhere. Students have tons of need for the rear camera in the classroom and laboratory. It's still so odd to me that the iPad has a rear camera.
