I don't watch TV, right now my "TV show" is some ZBrush tutorials and then some Sony Imageworks behind the scenes videos.

Why are you doing ZBrush for game dev? ZBrush is for high detail models, you're not going to use it for real time graphics.

    I've been watching Zoids.

I just finished everything in the entire Stargate franchise. So, I currently don't know what to get into on Netflix - maybe Nikita.

Cable TV shows I try to make time for:
    Breaking Bad
    Common Law
    Cover Affairs
    Criminal Minds
    CSI: NY
    The Good Wife
    The Glades
    House MD
    Leverage
    The Mentalist
    NCIS
    NCIS: LA
    Rizzoli & Isles
    Teen Wolf

Just started up on Lost on bluray (beats the low quality torrents that first got me through the show). Up to series 4 of X-Files, and coming to the end of King of the Hill on my iPod.

Now that Episodes has finished I don't think there's anything left for me. Surely Doctor Who will be starting again soon.
There's a live show about Volcanoes on BBC1 (or 2) tomorrow that might be interesting, trying to do what to geography with what Stargazing Live did for spaaaaace.

Oh a weekly basis Suits, and I'm also making my way through Community and How I Met Your Mother.

Love these series, all very entertaining and not too heavy which suits my current mood.

I want to give Breaking Bad a shot which I might do when I get a bit more time.

I am watching too many shows!

Luckily, most series I follow do not air over the summer giving me plenty of time to catch up.

    Currently, I am re-watching LOST and 24.

In-season, I am a big fan of Modern Family, Revenge, Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Louie, and Survivor.

Weeds and Dexter are my true loves, however.

Rewatching Dexter from the start (my wife suddenly got into it half way through series 6 so we went back to the beginning)
Also rewatching Battlestar Galactica, best show ever.

Also currently watching (for the first time) and loving
    Episodes
    Misfits,
    Louie
Just started series 1 of Fringe

Watching but don't know why I am bothering because it's awful
How I met your mother (got three episodes to the end of s7 and can't bring myself to finish it)
    the Big Bang theory

Impatiently waiting for the next series of
    Community
    Parks and Rec
    Walking Dead
    Dexter
    Breaking Bad
    Game of Thrones

I use it to make high detailed models which I then export to Topogun for retopology and I generate normal, spec, and cavity maps from the high res ZBrush mesh using ZBrushes built in tools (or XNormal) and apply them to my retopologized mesh.

It sounds like a pain but its really not and is a great way to make awesome looking real time renderable models :D

Oh and I watched a TV show! Big Bang Theory. Now I know why my friends call me Sheldon 0_0

EDIT: If I ever manage to get the gun I'm working on finished I'll send you a step by step of what I mean above so you can see how I generate an object from start to finish.

If you don't mind me asking- do you recommend Falling Skies? I only saw the 1st episode and wasn't hugly impressed- does the rest of the season have as much action or at least keep me caring about the character's well being?

    Eh...

If you're working solo, wouldn't it be more productive to do stylized graphics?

I'm not working on any games right now so this is all practice. I've been brushing up my CG skills since I'm finding it more enjoyable than all the programming and math of game development.

I still do the programming and such but I've been having too much fun making assets.
