What tweak iOS 7 really needs

I don't like either of the suggestions posted...5-icon dock would have to be implemented IF the icons got smaller. As for the tinted dock, that looks fugly to me. As I've stated if you don't want your dock to look ugly, use a nicer wallpaper. The frosted glass looks nice with most wallpapers.
Infinidock, Swipe Selection, Air Blue Sharing, activator and off course Winterboard

So you just want all your favorite jailbroken apps in iOS 7, I don't see that happening. Just buy an Android phone.
I would like that if the background was blurred slightly to keep in line with Notification Center. What do you think?
End all apps feature. Or hold down a button on the multitask and it closes apps and you can let go when you want to stop etc. This way you dont have to swipe one by one
Sorry i dont understanding very well the topic i thought it was with jailbreak. but i hate android and i love iOS and Jailbreak is my way to use my iPhone because is My!. A long time i live with JB, but with iOS 7 made me live without.

Those are tweaks he wants to see in stock iOS. Old jailbreak tweaks have been implemented in versions of iOS, such as wifi sync and now with the multitask looks like the proswitcher tweak.
I definitely see Apple pulling from the JB community for new features, they will never admit to it though
If Apple were to do that it'd be a big middle finger to consumers.

why do you have to close all your apps ? it doesn't work this way. iPhone like other phones has good management in the background.
the only time i close apps is when they use my location and i already finished with them.
I want Gridlock (the ability to put icons where you want on the 5X4 grid instead of having to fill up each row at a time).
Agree with text message quick reply and statusbar icons.

Live Weather icon would be nice (and opening up Live icons for other apps - an iCal like icon for fantastical would be awesome...where you can just glance at the icon to realize what day it is when you're having a brain fart)

Noooo! That would be a huge loss. The frosted glass lets you make your own themes. A change in wallpaper makes a huge difference because of the use of frosted glass throughout the OS.
He's just talking about the dock. Beside's, you're still able to see the wallpaper behind it in his attached image. If anything, you can see it better.
I'm not suggesting they get rid of frosted glass everywhere, just in the dock. I agree they should leave the rest of the OS as is.
Unfortunately, the frosted look can ruin some very nice looking wallpapers.
