I use consumer cellular which uses AT&T’s system. My wife and I are using our own phones and we have the unlimited talk and text along with 3gb of shared data. $43 and change a month. If we use more data than the plan automatically upgrades the plan to the next plan. They have a 10gb data plan.

Here’s my bill with personal information redacted. Comes with HBO free (or whatever other premium service you choose), about 30 free channels, and 10 GB high speed hotspot data. I have a cellular Apple Watch so you can disregard that if you don’t plan on having it.

$70 on T-Mobile for unlimited.

$160 on AT&T including a 512GB XS Max

I used to have three all in lines on T-Mobile for $100 but it was overkill so I finally cancelled two of them and moved to the T-Mobile one line.

I keep T-Mobile because I don't get AT&T or Verizon at my house and T-Mobile is excellent here. At work, T-Mobile is slows down at that time so I have the AT&T line for that.

I use T Mobile. 4 lines at $120 a month plus taxes. Unlimited data until next month then 10gb per line per month after that.

Verizon with 2 lines
- 1 iPhone SE
- 1 iPhone 7
- 2GB shared data
- Unlimited minutes and messages
- 18% state employee discount on line access
TOTAL with taxes & fees = $84/mo.

Wow its €20 a month including tax for unlimited 4G data, calls and sms a month. Ireland... been like that for years

How does Consumer Cellular undercut AT&T by so much if they're using their network? Is there a catch here?

2 T-Mobile lines, exactly $120 per month. Came from AT&T, same service was running me $230 for the gimped unlimited plan.

Cricket wireless, 40 bucks for 5 gbs and uses AT&T network, which is better than Verizon where I live. The price is all in, taxes and fees included.

I recently switched.

Now on Pix Wireless (an MVNO).
  • Verizon Network
  • 2 lines
  • Unlimited talk and text
  • 4GB on 1 line and 2GB on the other.
  • $50/mo. (Taxes & fees included)

Mint Mobile - uses TMobile (my personal favorite)

$15 per month (total)

Unlimited Talk, Text, Hotspot, Wifi Calling. 3GB LTE data per month, Unlimited 2G data.

Edit: For those interested, Red Pocket is another provider with similar price/services using AT&T instead.

T-Mobile One plan with 9 lines + $10 discount if any line use less than 2GB/month

Total for plan = $273.65 / 9 = about $30/line

Recently switched to Verizon. Left ATT because their terrible customer service. I couldn't tell if I was talking to Sprint's customer service or not.

I just joined Mint when they had the special of 3 months for $20 w/ 8gb. Then I will go on their 8gb plan for $20 a month (if I prepay a year, otherwise it's $25). Can't beat it, IMHO.

If only TMo were half decent where I am. But their reception and data speeds are both terribly unreliable.
