WWDC is all about professional products, this is the place where the G5 PowerMac was introduced and the Mac Pro as well.
There is not going to be any talk about the iMac, a consumer product, at an event targeted at DEVELOPERS and other pros.
There will be lots of talk about Leopard on iPhone and Leopard on Macs.

that seems a little boring. Steve needs a big "one more thing" for this event, I don't think there was one at macworld of this year...
Our last "one more thing" was at the special event last september, so there isn't really any indication that there won't be anymore of those.
i think its pretty big that there wasn't anything at MWSF, where they're considered a 'given'

MWSF was completely dedicated to iPhone's unveiling. It sure wasn't a One More Thing! They didn't want anything to shadow the unveiling of the iPhone.

That is probably because the iPhone presentation was to long for it to be the one more thing and anything else would have been underwhelming after the iPhone. Or it could have just been that they had no developers working on anything but the iPhone.
At WWDC I don't think that there will be a one more thing, but if we are very lucky they will say that Leopard is not actually delayed🙄
that had me chuckling...a real "lol" moment.

I'm pretty sure they're still developing them, just not as fast as they used to.
PPC chips are very common in high-end portable electronics and cars, and Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo have begun to use PowerPC as well.

It exists, who knows if it's been put into any machines yet.
This year's WWDC will be dubbed the iPDC. The "one other thing" will be Steve showing off the new Post-It Note widget on the iPhone. I'm sure it'll use Core Animation, which would be really cool if most of us Mac users who don't plan to buy the iPhone cared.
