Actually, i have a '03 Mazda6 and and thinking about the same thing, per my last post...

I currently have 77k miles on it.... what do you have?

I had a Blazing Copper 04 Mazda 6 Hatch.. Traded it in on a GTI back in Oct of 06

I miss the trunk space of the mazda!

currently drive a gas hog jeep
but next car will either be a subaru or the next generation Toyota 4 Runner

Does anyone know what the next Gen 4Runner will look like, much less come out. They are up for a complete re-design. And im hopin to jump on that train.

And of course I'm gonna call it Bumblebee.

i currently drive an 04 subaru impreza wrx... my next car will likely be a subaru impreza wrx sti.... just not sure which year its going to happen

My wife wants a '09 Murano but I'm interested in the newly announced '09 Acura TSX...currently have an '01 Audi A4 - wouldn't mind getting another one of them either

I currently have an 05 accord ex-v6 after trading in my 02 accord ex-v6. My 05 has 22k miles and I really like it. My sister bought a new 08 this past weekend and I honestly think I will be trading in the 05 within the next month. The 08 just look so much better. The only reason I keep with the Hondas is they are really good cars. I had a 99 and was hit head on and I walked away without a scratch. After that moment I have kinda stuck with them!!!!

How about the 2009 Infiniti FX?
FX's are pretty quick cars and it's a step up from the Murano.
Here are some pics

After two decades of dreaming and lusting I finally bought a 911 last February. As far as I'm concerned, it's 911s from here on out for me; The car has been everything I'd hoped it would be -- both on the street and on the track.

hmmmm... idk

i've been debating if i should get an earth friendly car like prius, or something that i can toss around and have some fun with. i guess i'm a closeted lead foot tree hugger.

anyways, here's my list:

prius
civic hybrid
CTS-V
G8 V8
camaro
LS2 GTO
S60R
S4 (a huge maybe)

Gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous.

civic rules

I was gonna buy the civic, but then new corolla come out, and I got my macbook. So a bit tight on cash now. Oh well, i will get a car soon.

Civic most definitely. Good on fuel, but it isn't a bore to drive unlike the Corolla. Sporty design does not equal sporty driving.

I don't drive yet because I'm too young, but as a first car I would love a Mini Cooper (although parts for that car can be expensive), or the new Mazda 2.

I have always loved the Nissan 350z, but according to the regulations, it's too powerful to use as a first car. :(

Malibu?

Have you ever looked at the new Malibu's?
they're pretty cheap and were ranked the #1 North American Car of the year.
I don't know if you're into American cars but,
it's probably a nice car to look at...
the starting MSRP is $19,999
(We all know that the price sky rockets from there though :p)

Proably get 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid fully loaded in about two years (I always buy used cars) or a 2008 Audi A4 2.0T, but proabably the Ford, better gas mileage. I'll keep that for about 4-5 more years, then look in to something else and maybe a weekend driver (maybe my Ferrari 599 GTB will be in the $120,000 range by then;)).

Excellent choice, I currently drive a 2006 Cooper S, and my next care will probably be another Cooper S.
;) Personally, I'd rather at least the '07 S that has turbo v supercharger. But alas, they're all cooler than my poor beloved '04 Cooper S with it's sad little SOHC. *sniff* :D

Nah, I still love my baby. It'll always be a true love of mine, but I'm starting to think I might need a more... er, "shareable" car. I'm tempted by the Mazda3 or Speed3.

I currently drive a 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STI. If I had to get a new car now it would probably be the new Evo, but since I plan on keeping my current car for hopefully another 4-5 years I won't have to make that kind of decision anytime soon.

This is my 100th post!!!!...

.... woooooo!

Anyways, if Audi Came out with the Apple iCar,
I'd buy it....
...well, i'd be more inclined if it was the Yellow Camaro *drools*

I've done the sports car thing and it was fun. But, right now I'm in the "need a vehicle to haul around a big family" mode. Our Toyota Sienna minivan does that pretty well, but my wife's RAV4 falls a little short.

So, I'd guess that the next vehicle will be a replacement for the RAV. Maybe a Toyota Sequoia.

Oh Oh Oh!
My dad bought a Sequoia a month or so ago and we love it!
It's spacious and luxurious and has tonnnnssss of space.

I recommend it.

those are good regulation. No 16 year old should be driving a sports car. It is to powerful for a rookie driver. It takes any mistake you make multiplies it.

Plus add in the hot blood of a teenager and you are just asking for trouble.

Lastly it would corupted you for life. You could never get by with something that has less get up and go power. You get used to that power and it really messes with you when you do not have it.

My parents got my a 92 SE-R which had a lot of get up and go power and I would always be thrown off when I drove one of my parents cars that had less get up and go power. I had gotten used to that power to pull me out of trouble. Now I drive a 04 Spec V which has a little more go power and chances are good my next car will have any more.

Maybe for the vast majority, but you are way over generalizing here. I've had a 300 horsepower rear-wheel drive sports car since I was 16 (I'm now 20) and haven't gotten in one accident and haven't gotten one ticket (except for small fines for not having a front license plate, my car looks better without it).

I'd buy one in a heartbeat. That is a sweet car, inside and out. I'd like to have the Malibu SS, if they decide to make that.
