OSX is to last 20 yrs ... we're coming up soon on that as per Jobs, Forstall, B. Serlet, and the others from NeXT that created this excellent future thinking OS.
 
Since they usually alternate between regular and `refinement` releases of macOS, this will probably be named after a feature of the Mojave desert.

So my vote goes for:

macOS Edwards Air Force Base

prefer MacOS Palmdale. But I honestly like the sound of Mammoth. Lots of snow up there this year.

I'll bet Fedreghi is behind this article. Gads get down to the real code and stop doggin around the Apple Park with theme hames for OSX.
