my vote goes to "Lion"

seems logical that apple would use this name for the next OS. if people were asked on the spot to name big wild cats they would probably say tiger and lion first then leopard, puma, cheetah etc.

With the every expanding size of OS X versions it won't be Ocelot. An Ocelot is a small, low weight cat. Perhaps the 10.6 will be named Garfield. He's got some fat on him.

I'm voting for Cougar. I think there will be a version called Lion but I think it will be the last OS X, because Lion is the king, and they can't make a OS X and called it the biggest and the best named it the King of all OS Xs and then have it dethroned later and remove it's OS X crown. I know that they say every version is the best yet and then come out with a new, but it is different when you are talking about the King.

And, this thread is silly. We just got 10.5. All rumors for the next OS X should be put off for the next year at least.
