Im hoping it will just be 'iPad Air' , like the Macbook Airs get refreshed every year but you get a 2012 Macbook Air or a 2013 Macbook Air.

Think they did away with iPad + number. But it's Apple, you never know.
I don't know. Names don't have to be fancy. iPad Air 2 tells every customer that this is the second, newest version of the iPad. Now buy it. lol
Don't you think it sounds a bit clunky though? iPad Air 2 seems too long. Personally I'm hoping for 'The new iPad Air'.
A new, better, faster, thinner, lighter iPad Air with ultrafast A8X Chip and Touch ID.
I doubt it will but I would hate Apple to do that. i know some have suggested that name but it just sounds so ridiculous!
