I personally feel this is the best Apple Watch I have owned. I got the Series 0 on launch day, then the Series 2, then the Series 4, Then the Series 7 (All SS) and when Apple Unveiled the Ultra I honestly was like NOPE. I was not a fan of the look of it at all, but then I went to the Apple Store to see it in person and tried it on with the white ocean band, and loved it. Needless to say I ordered it that night lol

1. Battery life is amazing, I have been able to average 2.5 days and once a full 3 days. (Ive had the watch for almost 4 weeks now)
2. Screen Size and screen brightness is fantastic
3. The design I love, such a great looking watch.

I went with the White Ocean band model, and I do have the beige/yellow Trail Loop on order :)

To piggyback on this, and I know this may be blasphemy, but I want an AWU 2 that's even bigger. Go to 51mm, increase battery life, narrow the bezels and keep iterating.
I could see 46 and 50mm versions sooner than later.

I can’t imagine how it’s not. The humidity certainly isn’t a problem. Sure, the air temperatures can get unreasonable in the sauna, but the Ultra’s specifications are for on-wrist temperature; your arm is going to act as an heat sink to cool the watch and keep it near body temperature.

Just like, if your Ultra sustains serious physical damage while on your wrist, the condition of the watch will be the least of your worries; if it overheats while you’re wearing it … well, you won’t have any worries at all — at least, not in this world.

I think they mean a steam room, a lot of people mix them up with a sauna.

I don't think Apple suggests being around steam.

Significantly more battery life would make me upgrade. I can't imagine there will be any major change for a least a couple years. They should offer an Ultra specific Ti link band for it.

Id be fine with a larger face but flatter design.

Apple support document actually states that AWU is not suitable for sauna.

Thanks for that. I must admit, I have worn mine in a Sauna. The instructions seem to be covering all bases though. I can't for one minute imagine that they have produced an "Ultra watch" that needs the u/m warning that water rating could be reduced by;

"Exposing Apple Watch Ultra to soap or soapy water, for example while showering or bathing."

Having said that, thank you for your warning, I will reluctantly not wear mine again in a sauna.
