US town set to ban saggy trousers

In light of this news story:

I hereby appoint you as all powerful Mayor of your village/town/city/district. What annoyance would you ban/dismiss into Room 101?

(I'd get rid of those annoying boy racer sound systems that THUMP-THUMP-THUMP as they drive past. Slowly. With their windows wound down.)

I thought underwear covered up private parts.
I wouldn't ban anything. I hate the idea of banning something, either teach as to why it might be bad or the consequences that go along with it, or teach appropriate use of something.

People who play loud music through their mobile phones without earphones. Every morning when I get the tram to work it is full of school kids doing exactly that. Drives me mad!

Technically though I think there might already be a bylaw about that sort of thing...

Is stupidity (at my discretion of course) an option? :p

EDIT: That's what I get for forgetting to hit 'Submit Reply' and walking away!

I'd ban those Push to talk phones...not for Constructions Workers and other who need them, but people in malls who could easily call the person they need.

God that stuff pisses me off!

I'd ban cars with subwoofers so powerful and loud that all the bolts come loose. Its annoying at a stoplight and you hear a jar of pennies rattling next to your car :p :D

Edit: I love listening to loud music while cruising, but some things are just ridiculous.

Sure- but if you die while being stupid, your family can't sue anyone for it.

I dunno I think my musical tolerance is being tested by today's rap music.

"party like a rockstar, party like a rockstar, party like a rockstar, party like a rockstar, party like a rockstar, party like a rockstar, party like a rockstar, party like a rockstar, party like a rockstar, party like a rockstar, party like a rockstar, party like a rockstar"

"Pop lock and drop it, Pop lock and drop it, Pop lock and drop it, Pop lock and drop it, Pop lock and drop it, Pop lock and drop it, Pop lock and drop it, Pop lock and drop it, Pop lock and drop it, Pop lock and drop it, Pop lock and drop it, Pop lock and drop it, Pop lock and drop it"

"this is why I'm hot, this is why I'm hot, this is why I'm hot, this is why I'm hot, this is why I'm hot, this is why I'm hot, this is why I'm hot, this is why I'm hot, this is why I'm hot, this is why I'm hot, this is why I'm hot, this is why I'm hot, this is why I'm hot"

The only way to tolerate such trash would be to shoot myself in the head.

You have a very limited knowledge on what hip-hop is. This what they play on the radio, and usually can be classified as hip-pop. Hip-hop/rap is a huge genre, and unfortunately the radio over plays every song, and they are usually garbage.

That's the benefit of being the Grand Pooba of your town. It doesn't matter why you ban it. Anybody who tried to make me explain a ban would be banned. Actually they just wouldn't be exempted (see below).

I don't know why I keep reading that as "I would ban stupidity and lack common sense." I'm sorry. I'm a little tired, I guess.

Anyhow, if I really could ban anything I wanted, I'd ban everything. Exemptions to the ban would be easily available, subject to my approval. That way I wouldn't miss anything that needed banning.
