Pretty boring, but I like having the apps in the same spot at the iPhone:

Facetime, mail, safari, iPod

Garage Band, Twitter, IBooks, Calander, photos and safari.

I find the calendar handy as I can see the date on the home screen on another page.

I like to keep Settings there so I can easily get to it.

iMessages will also get added to the tray once it arrives.

Video, Settings, Numbers, Notes, Whiteboard, some calculator app.

I just realized I have gone a whole lot more folder-y on my iPhone than I have bothered to do with the iPad.

With my iPad, every time I pick the thing up, I am just so eager to use it that I still can't be bothered to finish the setup properly.

With the iPhone I remember that I was thrilled when foldering came out. Immediately I wanted stuff in groups so I didn't have to peer at so many little icons. But, I still have only single items in its dock.

Safari, Mail, Beejive, Flipboard, Reeder, and Twitter are on mine…once iOS 5 ships, Messages may make its way down there…
