What's in your line waiting survival pack?

iPad Air
Starbucks bacon & gouda breakfast sandwich
Starbucks Grande coffee
Samsung Galaxy S3 (only 48 hours to go with Android, yay!)


Then again, my list isn't very long because I have pre-ordered for In-Store pickup. Hopefully it won't be a super long wait in the pre-order line.
 
Here is what I will bring this year:

Small chair that fits in my backpack.
SCOTTeVEST jacket to hold most of my tech gadgets.
iPhone 5 (for hotspot if I can't find a free wifi).
External Battery for iPhone 5.
Retina iPad Mini
11" MacBook Air
ChugPlug external battery for MacBook Air
Water
Granola Bars

I trade Apple options daily so will be trading while in line to pay for the 2 new iPhones I will be buying.
 
Tomorrow evening I'll be packing:

90's porn mags, some Glenlivet, sunglasses and a lawn chair... Oh and a piece... probably .45ACP...


Oh wait, I pre-ordered with in-store pickup, so its spectacles, testicles, wallet and watch... and maybe a mcmuffin

I'd ordered an external battery pack, but that won't come in until after the 19th. :mad:

But that's the risk.. Lining up so early and to be told there is none available. And I'd rather be the first in line for sure. Yet, I remain skeptical there will be any... I know going to a carrier store will be less crowded. But then again.. who's to say Apple will supply them with the 6+. I know with the Apple Store if there is none available they will at least put your information in the system for some type of reservation.

But with the carriers.. It's a crapshoot!
 
Please post pictures of the line, so that I can laugh while I stay in the comfort of my own home and have a beer, while UPS delivers the phone to my doorstep. If it's a chilly day, I will raise the thermostat 1 degree and laugh maniacally while doing so.

Well I am going to line up at my local apple store not a carrier store.
 
Some people were worried about getting robbed when walking back to their car. I think it's wiser to hit people in line based on the fact some folks are bringing everything they currently own with an Apple on it... :eek:

In that case I am just sticking to my single MacBook Air and a cellphone and thats it. Also some soda and snacks. It makes sense not to bring your whole apple kit with you. ;)

Good luck to everyone queuing up. Hope you get what you are after, and get home with it safely. Don't walk down the road after you pick it up with your :apple: bag for all to see.
 
lol at people saying they're waiting for the delivery man. I'll be getting my phone at 8am at the store and the pre orders will be delivered after 12pm lol, still be last to receive lol.
