People are freaking out about nothing. Apple isn't going to make OS X look exactly like iOS 7. It will adopt flatter elements and more modern design, but it won't be "ruined."

I don't believe for a minute there will be a 13" iPad. Where is the demand for such a thing? Especially when the mini is outselling the regular size one.

ipad Pro? Nope!

As much as an iPad Pro would be cool, I feel that it's a bit too much of a niche market for Apple to create a Pro tablet. The iPad's price point is at the higher end of the spectrum, and I doubt a lot people would pay more....even though I would.

In terms of larger iPhones, I see this as a possibility, and I'm excited to see what is to come!

I really do like this ad cuz it's exactly why I still like the smaller iPhone screen. I can still use my phone to it's full extent with one hand where as most android phones need to be held like a tablet to navigate.

I for one would prefer a marginally bigger iphone because of big fingers :-(

BTW hopefully 2014 includes a new mac mini and also a lower cost notebook wouldn't go astray too.

i'm so lookin back at the time phones used to get smaller..

Phones used to be huge because of the technology inside. They hadn't miniaturized it yet. When they could finally make them smaller... they did.

But remember... phones weren't much more than a speaker, a microphone and a rudimentary display. They didn't have to cram so much stuff inside. So we got tiny phones like this Motorola V60... one of my all-time favorites:

Today... the beautiful full-color touchscreen dictates the size of a smartphone.

That's why smartphones got bigger.

iPad Pro seems like it is just following Microsoft's Surface RT, which was a disaster.

i'm in the minority that one needs a bigger iPhone,i was happy with the original 3.5" and very happy with the current 4". But.. if apple does release a 5.7" iPhone i would buy it and imo it would sway the mobil war completely towards apple's way.

It would take away the biggest advantage of the Samsung Galaxy.

Huh.

It's amazing how Apple is starting to resemble the company we had when Jobs left the first time and Scully took over. Lots of confusing product choices (just look at the Retina lineup), stuff nobody really wants or needs, etc.

Oh well. It was fun while it lasted.

these are all rumors. the iPad and iPhone line up(apple's bread and butter) is pretty simple imo.

Im tired of the building brick look, give me something HTC one alike with iOS.

Just curious what products Apple currently sells that "nobody really wants nor needs"? Care to name them?

for iOS7 compatible devices in most regions, when on WiFi, Apple automatically pushed the 2 to 3.5GB download to the devices. This was not optional and did not provide any options to cancell or delete the download once it was complete.

The only way to free the used space by the download was to install iOS7.

Those who wiped their phones to clear space found they were once again forced to download the file, even if they chose not to update their devices to 7.

For many of these users there was very little choice in the matter. use iOS7 or lose space on your device.

And prior to iOS 7 that never happened? Then I guess the people I know who are still using iOS 6 don't have space issues. And I must not have either on my 3rd gen iPad which I never updated to iOS 7.

I believe they only designed the icons, not the interface itself.

And that was never confirmed, especially the 'designed' part.

Okay, but who are you talking about when you say there may be a market for these smart watches? Who would they appeal to? To the masses? I certainly don't think so.

Biometrics for people who want to stay fit.

People who can set aside time for exercise (and/or belong to a gym) would tend to have the extra money available for purchasing the iWatch.

If it is not annoyingly large (like the ugly Samsung piece of crap) and it can accurately measure heart rate I can see it selling well. Being able to link up your phone would be an added bonus. I'd definitely buy one.

I can see lots of people getting an iWatch who are inspired to begin an exercise program just because it is cool (the cool factor needs to be created by Apple like adding a new feature that the others do not have or have not yet thought of).

I would buy the bigger iPad pro in a heartbeat but ONLY if it came with an accurate Wacom-style pen input capability. As an engineer/student, taking notes, drawing technical pictures, solving mathematics equations and scribbling formulae etc. is ONLY practical with a pen. And something the size of an A4 pad is just right for this function - typically many of the circuit drawings and block diagrams I draw are only comfortably viewable on a screen that size (otherwise you'd have to draw very small). That size of a surface is what pretty much every student/engineer prefers, although I accept that some prefer smaller sizes as well. I reckon students across the world with lap it up (assuming it was affordable enough).

Hopefully they will fix all the bugs in IOS 7 first. New color scheme please !

I think OS11 will be touch based. This will allow them to do an Ipad Pro with an included keyboard, but with a touch based operating system. This will also open the Imacs up to being touch enabled.

I think the Thunderbolt 2 will be 4k.

Let's see.. an oversized iPad, an oversized iPhone, a 12 inch Air  The mess that is iOS 7...

WTF? No, No, No, No and No..

Say what you want about Steve Jobs, he may have been a tyrant, but he was a tyrant with good taste.

iphone 6
please no larger iphone for me. it's ridiculous! The current iphone fits in my hand and my jeans, it's perfect for me. Just keep the current screen as an option!
Every time I see another Samsung I cringe how ridiculously large they are!

ipad pro/mba
If they release an ipad pro, they should also release a 14' mba with a decent screen.
i have an ipad2. i'm not interested in an ipad pro or any other iteration of an ipad.

I'd like a decent macbook air, sufficient power and a GOOD screen.

iPhone plus is just a larger picture of an iPhone. How about a smaller bezel? It's about to be 2014, I don't know why we can't get a smaller bezel. I love Apple products, but they piss me off sometimes.
