One aspect of the time change I like is that it’s easier to get the kids back inside and off their bikes for dinner and homework with darkness coming earlier.

However, I will happily take biking kids in tandem with long evenings, warm days, the welcome glow of bright light.....

I rather like darkness. It's the perfect milieu for hatching vain empires.

Now that I'm retired, I've decided I could use a few more hobbies. Of course, I'll start with a tabletop vain empire, or maybe a basement vain empire, and work my way up.

On my mind is why do they insist on such a large piece of surgical tape after a blood test? Pulling it off hurts 100x more than the needle.

Probably my wookie like coverings don’t help.
