Funny thing is sir, is that old geezers are often mortgage free and have a little spare cash for something like a new iPhone.

However, my pockets are quite deep but not deep enough to accommodate a monster iPhone... Not even a foldable one.

Oh yea, I can agree completely with this. I actually love spring and fall here in Switzerland. Winter is only good when you get up into the mountains with the pristine white snow and crisp air and sunshine. but the sunshine doesn't last long. I still prefer warmer weather though.
Wish I could be there. I've been contemplating moving there for the last several months, but it seems they're very strict on giving citizenship to outsiders.

Was buying the Starbucks Venti Blonde (a little more caffeine than the rest, or so they say) w/two shots of blonde espresso inside, black-no syrups, cremes or umbrellas, everyday now for well over four years (I was downing two of those in a row everyday for about six months about a year ago).
I've built up a tolerance I guess, because a couple of hours after breakfast, I start nodding off in front of my MacBook screen.
Most of the time at night I fall asleep within twenty minutes, but then wake up after two or three hours, and have to go on my MacBook for an hour or two to unwind.
I got tired (pun kind'a/sort'a intended) of spending over 200 bucks a month, so I bought me a coffeemaker and a sack of beans form Costco.
I make it strong and it works almost the same, but real sorry to say, I lose more weight from the $tarbucks option.
I'm gonna try to go without both, just to see what its like not to wake up so early.

Somewhat cynically, I always say there are three things in life that are a waste of money: coffee, TV, and sports (especially sports on TV). Of course this is just how I feel personally. I have never been a coffee drinker (only water), have never been into TV, and have respected sports, but never got into watching any of that.

Or, "I had a software update and all emails disappeared"? For me though I might miss the email telling me I have a car park space...
I might get away with the software update if I was on a PC. But an M4 MBP? No one is going to believe that!

As for car parking, no issue there. We have more bays than people and personally I’ll be parked in the free EV charging spot as always.

I usually get a sugar free skinny Vanilla latte with blonde ristretto and cold foam for sweetness. It's been my go-to for years! Since my girlfriend works there sometimes I'll get a freebie.

Work was about as bad as I expected. Only saving grace was my boss was shattered after a week in the US so didn’t have a load of stuff to dump on me today. Rearranged for tomorrow though, but at least I’ll be WFH for the rest of the week.
