Are we strictly limiting it to snack products that are made from potatoes, because all of my favorite tortilla chips go out the window then.

UTZ crab chips are to die for. Everything UTZ makes is awesome. Unfortunately I can't get them on the west coast. The pain.

Homemade thin sliced Idaho potatoes fried up in a little oil with salt & pepper.

If you want a store product vote then I'll say Baked Lays.

The best potato for making chips with - Maris Piper. Fluffy inside, crispy outside. Our fabled Butterworths chippy used to use them and they were perfect.

The best crisps? I rather like Dorito's but that's something else entirely innit? Plain old Walkers for me if thats the case.
