What's your deal? why does it bother you that much to see a thread of somebody asking a question? If that's not your thing maybe you shouldn't be on a forum pal.

Maybe it's because you're being ignorant to people. There is a 2 iPad per person limit as of now, but I'm sure you'll get around that by going to different stores. But did you ever think the limit was maybe due to people who actually want them for use aren't able to find any in stock. So, you come on here telling us you want to make a profit on a item that people want and can't get. That's pretty selfish.

It takes, literally, 10 seconds to get the answer to your question by going to ebay first. I just don't understand why you would think that we would know better than ebay itself.

Why should he look on eBay when he thinks he can be lazy and have other people do it for him?

For the record I also think he is lazy and worthless.

I think he just wants to boast about having a "stock" of ipad 2s easily accessible when there are tons of folks who are standing in line every day to get one and still striking out. If he truly wants to know the prices of ipads on ebay, then he's uber lazy.

Everyone loves attention!

I'll take a whack at this. Currently people are running themselves ragged trying to get an iPad for personal use, a problem which has been exaggerated by resellers, and you are asking how to deplete the available stock further just to resell.

You don't have to be a genius to understand why people aren't falling over themselves to help you.

OP, all the power to you.

To the 2 I quoted, you both obviously have no clue what the word business means. Not insulting, but he's trying to make money. I'd do the same thing.

Any one from Charleston know what the store is normally like? Predict it will be packed or what? When do you think I should leave?

Thanks

^^^ This is from another thread the OP started ... so I doubt he will be cleaning out the stock in his area for resale on eBay

He'll be lucky to get one for himself

Maybe b/c this person is asking the people he wants to screw over to do his homework for him?

It's really not that hard to search completed auctions. You don't have to ask the people you're going to buy the iPads out from under to do it for you.

Congrats for finding that? I wanted to go to the apple store for the experience, not because the lack of stores selling ipads in savannah. nice try.

I actually picked one up from BB in savannah on launch day. Look just a little below the surface and you'll find my other thread about how i was 25th in line on launch day. nice try.

Also, you'll note that savannah is a college campus city. I'm on spring break back in my home town, where there are quite a few ipads. So, I figured since this is america, I'd put capitalism to its finest.

Sorry to all you trolls who are getting mad because you can't find an iPad but that's not my problem so don't take it out on me. It seems like you more likely need to find a PAD for your pants to contain your PMS.

I came here to ask a simple question, to get help, to receive information that isn't visible to the naked eye. That's what a forum is for. However, Apple OC, I wouldn't expect you to understand that, because through your extensive thread searching you weren't able to read beneath the surface then either. I was seeking responses from those of you who are probably out there merchanting iPads just like I want to. I wasn't looking for flaming from the chump trolls that were not able to get their hands on the second generation and are pissy about ebay and how capitalism works.

Sorry for that rant and thanks to those of you who actually provided me with useful information, not worthless flaming.

Only the rich and desparate folks will pay over the msrp price. You waited this long, what's another 6 weeks? Or you can buy at the store whenever the supply catches up with demand.

I see a small handful of ended auctions that sold (or at least appear to have sold) at ridiculous prices, but most that sold were within reason…$100-$200 over retail. In current auctions, there's a glut of get rich quick dreamers.

Hands down the biggest money maker is a 64GB black AT&T. At least a dozen ended auctions sold for $250-$400 over retaill, though many sellers had very low feedback, and if the past is any indication, so did the buyers, meaning possible scammers in one or both parties.
