What's the last album/album's you bought?

Last album I went out to buy was the Street Sweeper Social Club album and I grabbed Mos Def's The Ecstatic while I was out. I do download music but if it's something I like, I go out and buy it. So most of my purchases are older releases that I've stumbled upon and really dug.

Oh man.. I didn't even know about "The Tardy Brothers".... Man..... I can't wait for pay day.. getting the new obituary, The Tardy Brothers, and hoping my copy of Arkaea shows up!!!!!!

This album has great picks from live performances in the past few years. With the Liejacker album and this release, she and the band have taken a more bluesy approach to some of her up tempo songs. I love "This Girl is Taking Bets." She'll wake up some morning, find out one of her CDs has landed in the blues stacks, and will glom a whole new audience. The brief harmonica and kazoo midway through "When I get Back to The Shore" on this album are a kick.

Heard a snippit at "Hot Topic".... shazamed it and now I am getting the album. That is interesting you say that... When I first heard it, without the signing.. it did sound a lot like Tool and the likes... Interesting. I can't wait t get it now...

I've been following the releases of these guys... great Brit pop. Don't know if it's on iTunes yet, but a couple of their earlier EPs are there. This is my latest purchase.

Did you like the first one.. I thought it was just ok. I am on the fence about getting this one. For some reason, Dino, wanted nothing but fast blazing fast in your face.... It wasn't catchy to me. Don't get me wrong, I love Fear Factory. Love them... but this really didn't do it for me. I will wait and see about the next one.

Is that new Devil Driver???!!!!??!!! Ohhhh I can't wait.

I just got the new Obituary and Tardy Brothers. Digging them. But I still can't get past Arkaea's new album. It freaking rocks! Very catchy tunes....

Isis.. I love them. I am now on a quest to get all of them!
