Linkin Park - A Thousand Suns
I listened to 'em ever since I was in middle school, so I've been pretty eager to buy all their albums. I like the album, but a lot of people don't cause of this and that. The new sound is weird and takes a while to get used to, but it's not terrible. Minutes to Midnight, in my opinion, was worse (but there were still areas of good in there)

I was thinking about getting that. The first track sounds nice, but the rest of it...I'm just not sure. I'll probably end up getting it.

If you act quickly, one of the best songs is offered for free on Amazon.

I am a HUGE John Legend fan, even on bad songs I still LOVE his voice.

If I were to have any voice, it'd be his.

Where'd this thread go? Did people stop buying music? :p

I bought this tonight...... somehow I didn't know it was released:confused:

Just bought Mraz's new ep. Absolutely nasty, inparticular the first 4 of 5 tracks.

This weekend I bought some more vinyl.
Used:
John Lennon - Imagine
Best of Bread
GnR - Appetite for Destruction

New:
A new Bob Dylan album, can't recall the title.
Bullet for my Valentine - Fever
Muse - Absolution
Muse - Origin of Symmetry
Muse - Black Holes and Revelations

Bought Kid Cudis Man On The Moon: End Of Day deluxe album. Haven't got through it yet. But so far I love it.

I bought off ebay, an open copy of The Darkness - Permission to Land. I have a sealed copy, but I was oh so tempted to open it. So I decided to buy a open copy.

The Amplifetes "The Amplifetes"

Very catchy album, though the middle part takes out too much of the pace.

I finally found 1 of 2 albums I have been looking for at the used stores without having to get it online. Prince - Purple Rain:D In near perfect condition as well. The other one I am still looking for is Rick Astley - Whenever You Need Somebody is the title I believe. (Yes, yes, Rick Astley....he is awesome though lol)

Also found a mint condition of Thriller by Michael Jackson. Some Neil Diamond, and Wham! hahaha

Sprung for the deluxe edition of Kid Cudi's new CD that came out last week. I have to say, it is an amazingly put together album and I'm glad I got the deluxe that came with the 19 minute "dvd." The video is set to his music with a few different performances of his and it's absolutely great. Not to mention, you will see his love for Apple devices in it.

I've been a fan since his underground stuff, before he hit it big after having "Day and Night" featured on Entourage. I think this trumps his early stuff. Very well developed album. Three great songs to buy if you don't want to go all out and get the album, "Mojo So Dope," "Mr. Rager," and "Marijuana."

"Erase Me" is also a great song, and the music video includes the guy from "Sex Drive" and McLovin in it, great video. Not to mention, the song features Kanye West dropping some very nice rhymes.

*Warning, you will want to smoke weed while listening, as that's pretty much all he does through the DVD and his songs include references to this*
