I abused a Timbuk2 bag for..3 years until I got another bag I liked more. It's sitting at the bottom of my closet ready to be used whenever I need it..great bag, hasn't worn out yetI agree, Brenthaven end of, I can destroy regular backpacks in a couple of months after 3 years the Brenthaven still looks as new as when
I brought it.
The adage "you get what you paid for" has never been so true...cheap backpacks fall apart quickly and i've had my fair share of backpacks and particularly messenger bags falling apart while I'm wearing them (not a great idea when something like the strap breaks while you're hauling a laptop around), well-built pricier ones get retired cause i get so tired of using the same bag
